Spirit offers the following tumbling classes!
Mommy & Me - is recommended for boys and girls ages 2 -3 years. This stimulating 30 minute class introduces balancing, tumbling and agility skills which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and sense of pride in their achievements.
Tumbling Tots - is recommended for ages 4-5 and will work on the following skills: motor skills, body positions, forward and backward rolls, bridge ups, handstands, cartwheels, strength and conditioning.
Level 1 - is recommended for ages 6 and up and will work on the following skills: motor skills, body positions, forward and backward rolls, bridge ups, backbends, handstands, cartwheels, round off, handstand forward roll, back extension roll, power hurdle round off, one handed cartwheels, back walk-overs, front walkovers, standing multiple back walkovers, multiple front walkovers, cartwheel back walkover, combination skills, beginning back-handsprings, strength and conditioning.
Level 2 - Requirement: Must master all Level 1 skills with good or excellent form. The following skills will be worked: dive rolls, standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, running and standing back handspring multiples, specialty combination back handspring passes, strength and conditioning.
Level 3 - Requirement: Must master all Level 2 skills with good or excellent form. The following skills will be worked: jump to back handspring, back tucks, front tucks, specialty running passes, aerial cartwheels, beginning standing tucks, strength and conditioning.
Level 4 - Requirement: Must master all Level 3 skills with good or excellent form. The following skills will be worked: standing back tucks, standing back handsprings to tuck, layouts, whips, standing and running specialty combinations, front aerials, tucks to back handsprings, strength and conditioning.
Level 5-6 - Requirement: Must master all Level 4 skills with good or excellent form. The following skills will be worked: jump to tuck, Arabians, round off back handspring to full twisting layouts, double full twisting layouts, standing fulls, strength and conditioning.

8 Week Session Fees:
Levels 1 - 6 $160 for 1 day per week or $240 for 2 days per week
All of the above classes have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 per class per instructor.
